SUN YU TA (SYT) was founded in Changhua County, Taiwan in 1992, we engaged in plastic injection manufacturing for over 30 years. We are a specialized manufacturer in the plastic injection industry in Taiwan.

We have cooperated with various industrial companies and clients in these decades, developing diverse manufacturing. In addition to daily plastics, we produce toy accessories, furniture accessories, hand tools, fitness goods, medical aids, shoe accessories...etc.

SUN YU TA has accumulated extensive experience so far, to meet more needs of customers, we also offer thermal transfer printing, transfer printing, bronzing, painting, electroplating, and other plastic surface services.

Service Process

1. Provision of Information

Customer provide 2D, 3D drawings or samples, inform us the product material, the quantity of demand, the purpose of the product, the packaging and transportation method, etc.

2. Product valuation

After customer confirm all information, we will do product and tooling price valuation.

3. Quote

Provide quotation.

4. Quotation confirmation

After the customer confirms our quotation, they decide whether to manufacture product tooling.

5. Tooling manufacturing

Tooling manufacturing is carried out after confirming the product drawings and product precautions with the customer.

6. T1 shot and modification

We'll have a T1 shot after the tooling manufacturing is completed. Check if there are any issues from the tooling and production.

7. Pre-production confirmation

Confirm the pre-production sample with the customer.

8. Mass production

After you place an order, the material preparation and production are carried out according to your delivery time.

9. Quality control

Quality control according to customer confirmation sample.

10. Shipment

Packed and shipped.
